Obtaining relevant planning consent is crucial to the success of any private development and this is a process that can take anywhere from 6 months to 10 years!! However we have access to a wide variety of professionals who are trained to obtain appropriate consents within short timescales, by employing their expertise and in doing so, optimising land values, to ensure that the seller gets the best return in the shortest time possible.
