• 4 years "on site" experience with Colt Houses, one of the very original Timber Frame Companies in Gt Britain established in 1919.
  
  
• Has run his own Class A registered NHBC Development Co for 35 years, building one offs and estates up to 40 houses.

STANDARD SERVICES

• Supply of any "Timber frame Kit" from our Brochure in Standard or Amended form
  
  
• Supply of Options such as Oak or Mahogany internal finishes, Pvcu Windows /fascia /soffit
  
  
• Quotations for Erection of Shell to Wind & Watertight stage. ( depending on location )
  
  
• Quotations to Manufacture Kits to Clients Own Designs.

COMMERCIAL AND CLIENTS OWN DESIGNS

We can provide our services to ARCHITECTS OWN DESIGNS, and can supply Commercial Buildings/Apartment Blocks/Medical/Care Homes/Hotels/Nurseries etc.

OPTIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE

In some remote areas and Islands , the cost of transport can add considerably to Kit costs, and we are fairly unique in offering an option to clients, which allows the client to purchase the right to manufacture their own kit, or have it made by a local company. This appeals to smaller Builders and Joiners, and even Self Builders.

DRAWING SERVICES INCLUDE

• Full Planning Application Drawings
  
  
• Full Building Warrant / Regulation Drawings & Specification
  
  
• Engineers Design Certificate for the Structural Timber Frame ( Note, it is the clients responsibility to arrange an independent Engineer for the " Whole Build " outside the Timber Frame)
  
  
• Release of Design Copyright on a one off basis.
