Terms & Conditions 1. The recipient hereby acknowledges that the copyright of the house type designs requested by us and listed above, are owned by the Owner , and that the designs are provided to us under a non exclusive licence solely for the purpose of considering their styles and layouts with a view to: a) The possible purchase of a factory made house kit from the Owner or his affiliates; b) Or a licence to have the house kit made by others. 2. The recipient acknowledges that the designs cannot and will not : be copied, sent to third parties, amended, in whole or in part, be altered so that the copyright legends are removed without the written permission of the Owner, and that in the event of the designs being used for another reason than set out at 1a) or b), the recipient shall be liable to pay compensation to the Owner as well as indemnifying the Owner in relation to all expenses and losses flowing from the misuse of the Owners designs. 3. The recipient also acknowledges that the licence can be terminated at any time by the Owner, and that on request of the Owner the recipient shall deliver to him all designs and other material making reference to the designs, or incorporating the designs, and shall deliver up to the Owner at the recipients expense all designs and other materials in the possession or control of the recipient or their agents. Please note that we regularly moniter UK County Council Planning Depts via IDOX to check for improper and unauthorised use of our copyright designs.
